Refund and Returns Policy
No returns except for concealed manufacturers defect. No returns without prior approval and return authorization (RA) number, and in no case after the sellout of a printing run, edition, or title.
Shipping Damage:
Claims for UPS and/or USPS shipping damage/loss must be reported to the appropriate carrier on arrival of shipment. We recommend saving all cartons for inspection. Claims are subject to UPS and/or USPS final disposition.
